Initial Consultation
Your initial consultation at the Center for Implant & Aesthetic Dentistry will include a detailed explanation of your diagnosis and treatment options from our dentists. Our doctors are committed to helping patients understand their oral health needs. Patients should bring any surgical referrals and X-rays they have, a list of current medications, and completed dental or health insurance forms to their initial consultation. Please inform our staff of any existing medical conditions
before receiving treatment.
